Head Coach – Brody Cummins

o   Coach Cummins is from Centennial, Colorado, and attended TCU. He was the Defensive Assistant at TCU for the 2022 season, the Defensive Coordinator for the 2023 and 2024 seasons, and the Head Coach for the 2025 season. Coach Cummins played goalie all 4 years at TCU, and he served as president of the lacrosse program for his junior and senior year.

Offensive Coordinator – Matt Johnson

o   Coach Johnson started his career playing D3 lacrosse at Gordon College and then transferred to play at the University of Oregon. After college, he moved to Denver in 2016 and made the 25-man roster for the MLL team the Denver Outlaws. Coach Johnson has also played for the Poland National team where he was their top goal scorer in the 2018 and 2023 world games. Coach Johnson has been coaching lacrosse since 2017 for teams such as Denver Club Lacrosse, Madlax Oregon, 3D Lacrosse Dallas.

Defensive Coordinator – Zac Zirpolo

o   Coach Zirpolo grew up in San Diego, California and graduated from TCU in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. While at TCU, Coach Zirpolo played defense all 4 years of his college career and was on the winning 2022 LSA Conference Championship team that won TCU their first conference title and a birth to their first national tournament.

Assistant Coach - Jack Steelhammer

o  Coach Steelhammer is a native Texan, who spent 24+ years serving as a special operations officer in the US Army with 14 combat deployments.  He played water polo, rugby and lacrosse at the United States Military Academy while majoring in environmental science. He began coaching in 2012 and has coached at the youth through college levels in that time with such programs as Rebels LLC, Austin Alliance, Iron Horse and West Point. He is the current director/coach of the Face Off Academy Texas, Chief Marketing Officer for 5th & Shady Lacrosse, and is the director of a nonprofit that supports law enforcement in Texas, while continuing coaching speciality players across the nation, to include his sons who are both college commits
